Pine hill is just that, an area with many hills and old growth pine trees. Bordered by the Black River and Irving Township to the west and State Highway 27 to the east, Starting by the "Old Iron Bridge" (replaced a few years back) on Robinson Rd. to the North and ending at the county line south of Vance Rd. Manchester's Dump and Recycling center is located in Pine Hill on West Pine Hill Road between Gomer Rd and Vance Rd. Pine Hill is also the home to the Annual "Pine Hill Picnic", this area holds a lot of great locations for the fun summer community event.
